Shipping policy

Delivery Areas

We deliver door-to-door anywhere in South Africa.

For remote or rural areas, additional delivery charges or extended delivery time may apply.


Delivery Timeframes

Standard deliveries: 3–7 working days after the order is processed.

For large or special-size orders, production / customization may take longer (up to 14-21 days) depending on stock / model.

Orders placed during promotional periods, public holidays, or major sales may experience delays.


Shipping Costs

Delivery fees depend on your location

Free or reduced shipping may be offered for orders above a certain cart value.

Any applicable shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you finalize the order.


Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking number(s).

someone from the delivery team may contact you to schedule delivery or confirm access to your address.


Delivery Attempts / Failed Deliveries

We will make at least two attempts to deliver your order.

If you are not available, the courier may leave a notice to arrange an alternative delivery time.

Should delivery fail after multiple attempts, additional fees may apply or the order may be returned/cancelled (with a refund minus delivery costs, where applicable).


Inspection & Acceptance

When the item arrives, inspect it. If there’s visible damage or missing parts, note this on the delivery note / photograph before accepting.

Once accepted, returns due to visible damage must follow our returns policy; acceptance does not waive rights for manufacturing defects.


Returns & Exchanges

For defective or incorrect items, contact customer service with proof (photo, order number) within a specified period (e.g. 7-14 days).

Returns for change of mind may depend on the item condition (unused, in original packaging) and may incur restocking or return shipping fees.
